Where are your products made? 

All of our products are manufactured in China. 

Where are your products distributed? 

All of our products are distributed here in Florida and shipped using either USPS or UPS. 

Are you all accepting returns or exchanges? 

We are currently unable to accept any form of returns or exchanges due to the severity of the pandemic (COVID-19). We recommend that you pay close attention when ordering from our store.

Will you be offering more colors options for certain styles? 

We are happy to offer more color choices. Please provide your favorite color options and we will consider it for any future releases. 

How long does it take to process an order? 

It can take up to 4 days to process an order.

Do you sell to customers outside of the US? 

We are currently only selling our products domestically in the US.

How many packs of hair does it usually take to complete a style? 

It really depends on the type of hair. It may only take you 2 packs of our Luna Locs to crochet that style individually. Where it could then take up to 4 packs of Nubia Spring Twist to complete an entire style.
